A CUNUPIA man who was attempting to make peace between himself and his wife was robbed of his car on Saturday night in El Dorado.

Police were told by the 37-year-old victim that between 9.20 p.m., and 9.45 p.m. he had parked his Toyota Fielder wagon off the Eastern Main Road near Sham's Electronics and ran to get the attention of his wife. The victim told police he and his wife began arguing while heading east along the Eastern Main Road. He said that during the quarrel she got out the car and stormed off in the El Dorado area.

He said he quickly parked the car and ran towards her trying to get her to calm down.
