The Water and Sewerage Authority, WASA, will shut down supply to parts of the Lower Southwest Peninsula from Saturday as it carries out emergency electrical repairs at the Savonetta Booster Station.
In a release issued today, WASA said the critical repairs will begin on February 28 and end on March 2 by 6 pm.
Customers in several districts may experience low water pressure or no water service during the shutdown. The affected areas receive supply via the New South Oropouche, Thick Village and Point Fortin Desal boosters.
