THE families and farmers affected by the collapse of the 100-year-old concrete bridge at St John’s Branch Road, Avocat, have not been forgotten.

So said Finance Minister and Member of Parliament for Fyzabad Dave Tancoo as he disclosed Thursday that a Bailey bridge was located and would soon be installed.

Tancoo said he was working with Minister of Works Jearlean John to have the new bridge installed as “an emergency project”.
