The Water and Sewerage Authority's (WASA) CEO, Keith Halliday, has issued an early warning to the country that there could be water shortages as we go deeper into the dry season.
The dry season is expected to peak in March.
WASA explained yesterday at a press conference that the Arena Reservoir is currently at 73.8 per cent capacity, 10 per cent below its long-term average. Meanwhile, the Hollis Dam is currently at 77 per cent. Its long-term average of 76 per cent.
