The Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA) says it is continuing to manage water distribution across north east Trinidad as the Hollis Reservoir gradually recharges following improved inflows.
The Authority said while water levels at the reservoir have started to recover, inflows remain below what is required to return production to normal levels.
WASA said it is monitoring the reservoir around the clock and adjusting operations daily in an effort to maximise production and distribute available supplies as fairly as possible among affected communities.
