High Court Judge Vigel Paul disĀmissed the couĀpleās apĀpliĀcaĀtion, which was largeĀly based on claims that Hadeedās health was deĀteĀriĀoĀratĀing while he and his wife reĀmain deĀtained in prison over an alĀleged plot to asĀsasĀsiĀnate GovĀernĀment ofĀfiĀcials.
The couĀpleās lawyers, led by SeĀnior CounĀsel DouĀglas Mendes, arĀgued that the matĀter reĀquired urĀgent hearĀing beĀcause of Hadeedās medĀical conĀdiĀtion. HowĀevĀer, JusĀtice Paul upĀheld obĀjecĀtions from atĀtorĀney GerĀald Ramdeen over evĀiĀdence proĀvidĀed by Hadeedās docĀtor, JacqueĀline Pereira-SabĀga.
