The ApĀpeal Court is due to hear subĀmisĀsions toĀday on the couĀpleās apĀpeal against High Court Judge Vigel Paulās reĀfusal to exĀpeĀdite their subĀstanĀtive conĀstiĀtuĀtionĀal claim over their deĀtenĀtion as part of an alĀleged plot to asĀsasĀsiĀnate key GovĀernĀment ofĀfiĀcials. They alĀso alĀlege they are beĀing tarĀgetĀed beĀcause of their ethĀnicĀiĀty and the GovĀernĀmentās move to terĀmiĀnate their State land leasĀes.
The hearĀing comes a week afĀter anĀothĀer ApĀpeal Court panĀel upĀheld their apĀpeal against High Court Judge Frank SeepĀerĀsadās reĀfusal to grant their inĀterĀim reĀlease pendĀing deĀterĀmiĀnaĀtion of the subĀstanĀtive case.
