Clothes vendor charged with narcotics possession

(Kaieteur News) – Forty-one-year-old Denellon Emanuel who is also a clothes vendor of 14 Miles Landing Issano, Middle Mazaruni River, was on Tuesday charged with possession of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking.
In a statement on Tuesday, police said Emanuel was arrested on Saturday July 18, 2026, in relation to a narcotics matter and was charged on Tuesday July 21, 2026.
The accused appeared at the Bartica Magistrate’s Court before His Worship Teriq Mohamed where the charge was read to him.
