Relatives of a man fatally shot by police in his home are raising serious concerns about the circumstances surrounding the confrontation, questioning the police officers’ use of deadly force.
Shivnath Jogie, 45, a labourer, was pronounced dead at hospital after he was shot in a confrontation with police at his home on Old Trainline in Corinth, near San Fernando, in the early hours of Sunday.
