WRIGHTSON Road in Port of Spain was one area flagged for major traffic woes at a Joint Select Committee (JSC) meeting yesterday.
The impact of traffic jams, solutions through planned development and enforcement of the law were some of issues discussed yesterday at the final sitting of the JSC’s “enquiry into the efficiency of the Traffic Management System in Trinidad and Tobago”.
Among areas pinpointed for causing daily traffic agony were Wrightson Road, Chaguaramas, the southbound lane of the Uriah Butler Highway, and areas in South Trinidad, Chaguanas and environs, Caroni and several eastern districts.
