Housewife tied up during Penal home invasion

A PENAL housewife was tied up inside her home by three armed intruders during a brazen daytime home invasion on Tuesday morning.

Police said the 37-year-old woman was washing clothes near the back door of her Scott Road, Penal Rock Road home around 11.50 a.m. when three men approached her armed with objects resembling firearms.

Investigators said the men ordered the woman to remain silent.
