Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar says Trinidad and Tobago remains committed to Caricom though it may have differing opinions on some issues.
Earlier this week, the Prime Minister said her Government no longer views Caricom as a reliable partner and Trinidad and Tobago will be realigning its foreign policy in the next couple of years.
She had also said Caricom had chosen to support Venezuela and its government led by Nicolas Maduro.
