The presence of several police officers at the funeral of Joshua Samaroo, who was killed last month during an incident with law enforcement in St Augustine, left some of his family members uneasy yesterday.
Samaroo’s service was held at the Monsegue and Co Funeral Chapel, Church Street, St James, and was attended by family, friends, and Opposition Leader Pennelope Beckles.
