Caricom, as a bloc, is an unreliable partner, having remained silent in the face of aggression from Venezuela against Trinidad and Tobago and Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar.

Responding to questions from the Express on Sunday, Sobers said he stands firmly with the Prime Minister’s declaration that Caricom is an unreliable partner, stating that Caricom’s failure has exposed deep-rooted fractures within the regional body.
