A marked police vehicle responding to a domestic violence report plunged off a roadway and crashed into the roof of a house in Blanchisseuse on Saturday night, leaving one officer injured.
Police said the incident occurred around 7.15 p.m. along O’Connor Street, Upper Village, Blanchisseuse.
According to reports, PC Erin Ramnarine and PC Fraser, both attached to the Blanchisseuse Police Station, had responded in marked police vehicle TEH 7286, a Toyota Land Cruiser, to a report of domestic violence in the area.
