Three police officers and two civilians were injured after a marked police vehicle collided with a car before crashing into a building in Siparia on Tuesday night.
The accident occurred shortly before 10.45 p.m. at the junction of SS Erin Road, Siparia Old Road and La Pastora Street.
According to police, PC Clarke was driving a marked Toyota Hilux police pickup east along SS Erin Road with PC Sankersingh and PC Austin as passengers when a Suzuki Swift entered the intersection from Siparia Old Road.
