A Mt D’or Road, Champs Fleurs man was grant­ed bail af­ter ap­pear­ing in court on a charge of bribery re­lat­ed to the April 28, Gen­er­al Elec­tion.

Clyde Mansano, 46, ap­peared be­fore Mas­ter Kim­i­tria Gray on Mon­day (May 5). He was grant­ed bail on his own recog­ni­sance and is sched­uled to re­turn to court on June 5, 2025.

Ac­cord­ing to a re­port yes­ter­day from the Trinidad and To­ba­go Po­lice Ser­vice (TTPS), Mansano was ar­rest­ed on April 28 and charged on May 2 with bribery un­der Sec­tion 96(2)(a) of the Rep­re­sen­ta­tion of the Peo­ple Act, Chap­ter 2:01.
