Thirty-two people were arrested, firearms and ammunition seized, and drugs recovered during a major law enforcement operation codenamed “Summer Slam.”
The coordinated exercise, conducted across several communities, also saw the execution of 14 warrants, 42 stop-and-searches, and the issuing of 14 fixed penalty notices for traffic violations.
According to police, the operation led to arrests in connection with firearm, ammunition, and robbery offences.
