High Court Judge DevinĀdra RamĀperĀsad has set NoĀvemĀber 2 for the start of the triĀal. The date was fixed durĀing a virĀtuĀal hearĀing beĀfore him yesĀterĀday mornĀing.
DurĀing the hearĀing, JusĀtice RamĀperĀsad alĀso set deadĀlines for the filĀing of subĀmisĀsions on the cross-exĀamĀiĀnaĀtion of Dr HiĀlaire and MinĀisĀter of PlanĀning, EcoĀnomĀic AfĀfairs and DeĀvelĀopĀment, and MinĀisĀter in the MinĀistry of FiĀnance, Dr Kennedy SwaratsĀingh.
