While he was a senior superintendent of police, Roger Alexander visited murder accused Rajaee Ali at the Maximum Security Prison in January, at least four months before his appointment as a minister in the UNC Government.
The visit is disclosed in Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) internal correspondence.
