THE legal team for Minister of Homeland Security Roger Alexander has issued a rebuttal to a pre-action letter from attorney Krystal Primus on behalf of Prisons Acting Assistant Superintendent Garth Guada.
Guada was detained in August under a state of emergency preventative detention order signed by the minister.
Guada’s legal team claims his detention is unlawful and influenced by Alexander’s personal conflict of interest.
