A triple homicide has left a Penal community in shock after three young men were shot dead at a house along Sunset Avenue, near Lachoos Road, in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Police have identified the victims as 17-year-old Jordan Cudjoe Burke of Sunset Drive, 22-year-old Ishmael Matthews of Hibiscus Drive, Smart Avenue, and 21-year-old Roberto Samuel Carlos of Corinth Hills, San Fernando.

According to police reports, around 2.56 a.m., a resident was awakened by several loud explosions at the two-storey house. Upon checking a downstairs bedroom, the occupant discovered the three men lying dead with gunshot wounds.
