A brazen double murder near a busy commercial area in Penal on Sunday has left two men dead.
The killings occurred along Rock Road, Penal, near the First Citizens Bank branch, just a short distance from the Penal Police Station.
Senior investigators, including Superintendent Persad and ASP Maraj, were among the officers overseeing the investigation as crime scene personnel processed the area and collected evidence.
