BanÂfield, 46, reÂportÂedÂly got inÂto an arÂguÂment with a cellÂmate on MonÂday night. A fight alÂlegedÂly broke out durÂing which he was seÂvereÂly beatÂen.
His body was found on the floor of the cell at 5.30 am on TuesÂday. InÂvesÂtiÂgaÂtors reÂportÂed that he had swelling to his face and head, and blood was oozÂing from his mouth.
