Minister of Homeland Security Roger Alexander yesterday said justice will be served and charges laid against those responsible for the death of two-year-old Angelo Tobias Plaza in Tobago.

Nine days after the toddler was reported missing from his Goodwood coastal village home, police yesterday made a breakthrough in the case, as one of several people held confessed to investigators that the child had been killed—strangled and thrown into the sea.

In response to questions from the Express yesterday, the minister said the nation was mourning Angelo and had been offering prayers and support to the ­family.
