Minutes after cashing a cheque for $380,000 from a bank in Siparia for his employer, a worker was robbed at gunpoint on Monday.
Police said the 31-year-old victim is a sales clerk employed with Phototronics Ltd, which also houses a MoneyGram outlet on Daisy Voisin Street.
The money represented funds for transactions at MoneyGram, according to police.
