A 30-year-old man was yesterday being treated at hospital for gunshot injuries following an incident in Moruga.
Police said that at about 9.15 am on Wednesday, the Chaguanas resident was walking along an undeveloped stretch of Blas Cha Cha Road with two other men—a 42-year-old security officer and a 36-year-old electrical contractor. The men were about 100 feet behind the victim when they heard a loud explosion and saw him fall to the ground.
