Min­utes af­ter cash­ing a cheque for $380,000 from a bank in Siparia for his em­ploy­er, a work­er was robbed at gun­point on Mon­day.

Po­lice said the 31-year-old vic­tim is a sales clerk em­ployed with Pho­totron­ics Ltd, which al­so hous­es a Mon­ey­Gram out­let on Daisy Voisin Street.

The mon­ey rep­re­sent­ed funds for trans­ac­tions at Mon­ey­Gram, ac­cord­ing to po­lice.
