Minister of Foreign and CARICOM Affairs Sean Sobers described the meeting between Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar and interim President of Venezuela Delcy Rodriguez-Gomez as “emotional” noting that T&T had never cut ties with our South American neighbours crediting quiet work behind the scenes to moving the relationship forward.
