ROMAN Catholic Archbishop Fr Jason Gordon said increased fines for drivers would serve as “an important lever for discipline” in the wider society.

“We have become an indisciplined society. Drivers and all this talk about taxation. And it (taxation) has forced all of us to be disciplined. It’s an important lever for discipline.
