WHILE the National Lotteries Control Board (NLCB) announced the soft launch of its Sunday gaming, it assured that all games would still be suspended on all religious public holidays.
In a release on Wednesday, NLCB stated, “Under this launch, agents may choose to open on Sundays at their discretion. Participation is entirely optional for both agents and customers alike.”
It added, “The NLCB emphasises that gaming will continue to be suspended on all religious public holidays, in keeping with national observances and long-standing policy.”
