Police Constable Stefon Khan has been granted $350,000 bail with surety after being charged with misbehaviour in public office in connection with the alleged theft and tampering of police exhibits.
PC Khan appeared virtually before Master Rhea Libert at the Chaguanas Masters Court on Thursday.
As part of his bail conditions, Khan was ordered to reside at his home, avoid contact with witnesses and obtain court approval before leaving the country.
