PRIME MINISTER Kamla Persad-Bissessar says her decision to realign ministerial portfolios is a “win” for the people of Trinidad and Tobago, describing it as a strategic move to ensure that the promise of effective change will be delivered.
Just five months after being elected on April 28, the Prime Minister reshuffled several key portfolios across various ministries.
The changes, which took effect on October 3, were disclosed in the Gazette on October 5.
