Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar says the Government will continue efforts to reduce crime, even as she defended the need for another state of emergency (SoE) and new legislation to strengthen border security.
The SoE imposed on March 3 this year is the second of the Persad-Bissessar administration.
