Artistes who performed at Flava Village will be paid, Minister of Culture and Community Development Michelle Benjamin has said.

Speaking yesterday at the post-Cabinet news conference at the Diplomatic Centre, St Ann’s, she said the Flava Village at the Queen’s Park Savannah in Port of Spain was always intended to provide earning opportunities for performers.

“It was never said that artistes won’t be paid at Flava,” she said.
