“YES, they really picked up my car, you know. But the only problem I have was that how come they did not pick up the others cars parked there.”
So said a woman shortly after arriving to retrieve her wrecked car at South Quay, Port of Spain, as the Port of Spain City Corporation resumed wrecking in the city of Port of Spain yesterday.
She was one of 24 people who turned up at a police-controlled car park opposite the Courts Outlet Centre on South Quay, where she paid her $500 and got back her vehicle, a blue Honda Fit.
