WORKERS at the Ministry of Education (MoE) are refusing to work following sightings of rat droppings in the building.
Yesterday, Public Services Association (PSA) president Felisha Thomas addressed scores of workers outside the ministry’s St Vincent Street, Port of Spain headquarters and instructed them to sign the register and go home.
She said the Occupational Safety and Health Agency (OSHA) had become involved in the matter, along with a Public Health Inspector.
