A jewellery store owner was robbed of TT$120,000, US$3,000 and jewellery after armed bandits ambushed her moments after she arrived at her El Socorro, San Juan home on Monday afternoon.
Police said the robbery occurred around 2.55 p.m. as the woman drove into the yard of her residence.
As she parked, a white Nissan Tiida reportedly reversed into the yard. Three men got out of the vehicle, one of whom pulled a firearm and pointed it at the victim.
