THE Public Transport Service Corporation has launched an investigation into an incident where one of its drivers was allegedly discourteous to passengers who boarded one of its buses in Port of Spain on Saturday.
This was stated by PTSC in a news release yesterday in response to a social media post in which a woman shared her experience while travelling with her two children.
In the post, the woman, who boarded the bus to Arima, recalled, “When I boarded the bus...I politely handed the driver our three tickets. Instead of giving simple guidance, he pulled back and stared at me. When I asked if there was an issue, he loudly responded ‘Wha yuh giving me dem tickets for? What I suppose to do with that?’”
