CCTV footage circulating on social media shows the moment a female passenger stumbled and fell while exiting a Public Transport Service Corporation (PTSC) bus, becoming pinned against by a wheel as the vehicle moved off.

The incident occurred on the San Fernando/Guayaguayare route, in the vicinity of Palmyra.

In the video, the woman appears to lose her footing as she steps off the bus. As the vehicle begins to pull away, she is seen trapped near the wheel before the driver stops. Other passengers and the driver quickly render assistance, pulling her from the area. The woman's left arm was crushed under the wheel of the bus in the footage.
