Police are investigating a reported sexual assault that occurred in the early hours of Saturday at a bar.

The victim, a 44-year-old housewife, told authorities that she was at the bar with friends when she used the washroom.

According to her statement, as she was leaving, a male known to her only by a first name, about 5 feet 4 inches tall, medium-built, and of brown complexion, allegedly held her from behind, pushed her to the floor, and threatened her life.
