PUBLIC Services Association (PSA) president Felisha Thomas says she expects the ten per cent negotiations for unions will be part of the September/October budget.
Speaking during the Labour Day observances in Fyzabad yesterday, Thomas recognised the labour movement’s contribution to the victory of the United National Congress (UNC) government in the April 28 general election.
Thomas said she was confident that the promises made by Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar in her campaign meetings would materialise.
