OPPOSITION LEADER Kamla Persad- Bissessar has named her full slate of 39 United National Congress (UNC) prospective candidates who will contest the April 28 general election.
The party will not be fielding candidates for the two constituency seats in Tobago.
Persad-Bissessar said all UNC candidates and those of their partners in the coalition of interests will file nomination day papers today.
