A 48-year-old schoolteacher escaped what police are investigating as a kidnapping attempt after allegedly being forced into a vehicle and choked during an attack on Sunday night.
Police said the incident occurred around 8.30 p.m. at the woman’s home in Princes Town.
According to investigators, the woman was involved in an argument with a man known to her when he allegedly hurled a stag bottle at the house, shattering a French window valued at approximately $1,700.
