Driver burns to death in crashed car

A 40-year-old Tunapuna man was burnt beyond recognition after the car he was driving crashed along the Churchill Roosevelt Highway and burst into flames early Thursday morning.
The deceased has been identified as Jason Small of Sheriff Street, Tunapuna.
According to police reports, officers attached to the Arouca Police Station were on mobile patrol around 5.30 a.m. when they responded to a report of a fatal road traffic accident along the eastbound lane of the Churchill Roosevelt Highway near BM Electronics Warehouse.
