(Kaieteur News) – Minister of Health, Dr. Frank Anthony announced Tuesday that a new Computed Tomography (CT) scanner is being installed at the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation (GPHC).
Making the announcement via his Facebook page, the minister said “A brand-new CT Scanner is now being installed at the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation (GPHC), replacing the old machine and ushering in a new era of faster, more accurate diagnostics for thousands of patients.”
He said within the next week, the state-of-the-art system will serve Guyanese.
