FIVE police officers who were freed by the court last November on charges of misbehaviour in public office because of insufficient evidence have not yet been allowed to return to duty.
If this is not done soon, their attorney, Renuka Rambhajan, has threatened that legal action will be brought against the Office of the Commissioner of Police.
