(Kaieteur News) – Minister of Health, Dr. Frank Anthony on Saturday commissioned a new health centre in the Amerindian community of Kumu, Region Nine.
Joining the minister was Minister of Public Service, Government Efficiency and Implementation, Zulfikar Ally; Minister within the Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development, Pauline Sukhai; Regional officials and residents.
The new modern facility will provide improved access to healthcare for some 447 residents of the community.
