Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar has doubled down on her position that violent children must be expelled from schools.
She reiterated yesterday, as she has indicated previously, that her Government will bring legislation to hold parents legally accountable for their children’s involvement in bullying, violence, and related misconduct.
