A Sangre Grande man was granted bail with surety in the sum of $100,000, after he appeared before the High Court, charged with Misbehaviour in Public Office and firearm related offences, arising out of an investigation into a missing TTPS firearm at the Mayaro Police Station, in July 2026.
He is the second person to be charged in this matter.
AZAM ALI, of Sangre Grande, was charged with Misbehaviour in Public Office, Possession of Firearm and Possession of Ammunition, when he appeared before Master Raydon Dalrymple-Watts, at the South High Court, on Monday 17th August, 2026.
